Arrived on Friday night, absolutely exhausted. Greeted at reception and told we were in room 60., top floor. Location of the hotel is by Gare de L'est. What they omit to tell you is that it is bang opposite a sex shop and the hotel appears to rent rooms by the hour! Got... more

This place is a steal. It's very near the Gare du Nord so handy if you come in from Charles de Gaulle airport and not that far from the sights in the city centre or from Montmartre. It's on a busy street, which was being dug up when I was there, so there is some traffic... more

We have a few concerns about this hotel. We returned only last Monday (13th. Nov 2006). The hotel, although just about everything in it is thoroughly worn out, (carpets, furniture, doors etc. etc.) was clean and the maid very attentive with towels and sheets. The main... more
