An excellent all inclusive ski package. It all kicks off on the Sunday - Tremblant is an easy resort to get to independently from Montreal airport - a cheap transfer takes you door to door. Club Tremblant is across the lake from the main village with an amazing view of the slopes - there is a frequent free bus ride to the main village taking just 5minutes - it was actually nice to escape rather than feeling missing out!
The accommodation is condo style - very well equipped small apartments - ours had washing machine, microwave and real log fire to name a few things - and a balcony with an amazing view across the lake. ON the Sunday all meet in bar for free drinks and introduction to week.
A hearty breakfast kicks of 5 days skiing - 4 days of 2 x 2 hour lessons with top quality instructors - grouped by ability - package includes ski passes too and a packed lunch, in a handy bum bag! Each evening can make full use of spa facilities and at no extra cost hot tubs, pools etc. Then a hearty 5 course meal - amazing French chef - food was faultless - there is very much a feeling of being in France with French definitely being the first language - this adds to the charm.
Each evening organized entertainments but not of the Butlins variety, fondue evenings etc. and all in a cozy bar with logs on the fire. There was a great atmosphere all week - a bit like Club Med but with much more charm - most people had traveled independently and a good mix of Brits, USA, Canadians and French.
Excellent value - only paid around £500 for the all inclusive week, including lessons, 3 meals a day, accommodation, ski pass and entertainments - a great time - loved it - and definitely would come back. Tremblant a super ski resort - big wide pistes and well maintained.
