" we spent a week at the hotel and were... "

we spent a week at the hotel and were really impressed with the hotel, it was clean and presentable. The staff were really nice and helpful. The food was good with some traditional greek meals on offer.
Other reviews state the problem with the planes, but it did not bother us at all and their were hardly any planes that went over.
the resort itself was pretty quite but it was coming towards the end of the season and there were plenty of good bars, shops and restaurants near by. also there is a bus service to rhodes town which is full of good shops and restaurants. also beacause the island is small you can get to other places quickly ans easily.
we decided to go to turkey marmaris for the day on a boat from old rhodes town and it was really good to experience if you have never been to turkey before and give you a taster to barter in the markets. book the excursion with at the marina in old rhodes town.
