Check in is 3pm but if the rooms are available they will let you in earlier. Just a quick note on the room, the shower cubicle is in the room itself and is see through so you have no privacy which personally didn't bother me. Receptionists speak decent English and the food in the hotel was excellent.
My only gripe is the location, if you want to go to the Oktoberfest as we did, it is not ideally situated, having said that it was only a ten minute stroll to Reim train station then a 20 minute journey into town or if you get a taxi it's around 25 euros(cheaper to get an 8 seater if you have a big party as they were only 30 euros) This hotel was good value and would get 10/10 if it was in the centre of Munich but I still give it an 8.
