Gratt Schlossl Apparthotel Hotel

We had a wonderfull christmass 2008 with our children and their friends, 9 persons, sankt johann is super.
Gratt Schlossl was not what we expected. The internetsite www.grattschloessl.com is very beautyfull. The hotel is near the center of st johann, before the trainstation.
After the hotel there is an area with a lot of noisy businesses and factorys, with lots of cars in the morning, so the vieuw isn't wat we expected..
The appartment we hired had not 3 bedrooms, but 2 and a bed in a hall, was verry old, with oldfashonned dirty furniture and beds (without 1 doublebed). The appartement isn't spacious and there were lots of things that had to be fixxed.
we had to pay much more than we expected, 1277 euro's for one appartment on week, the biggest with two sleepingrooms..
The owner's true face we had seen the last day of our vacation and after that: we lost te key of the appartment and we had to pay 321 euro's for that. They diddnt want to do business with our holliday insurance, we had to pay immediatly. without paying we couldn't get our passport back. They never send us the bill from the keymaker, they had prommissed.
Our advice: don't go to that, go to ammadeus or sporthotel, we were there before, a beautifull place and far, far more value for money.
