Stayed 2005 - room was small, staff not that friendly and food was OK.
Stayed 2006 - booked a larger room with a balcony which was right over the nightclub which was awful. Food again was OK - have had better. Broke my leg on the 2nd day. No one from the hotel helped or enquired on my welfare or how my wife was coping. Got out of hospital the day before flying back and not one person from the hotel asked how I was.
We won't be back.

A great hotel all round.
The staff in the hotel were great and made you feel very welcome. The gondola station is right next to the hotel.
The rooms are a little small but very nice. The food was amazing; all eight of us loved the holiday.
The only complaint would be the swimming pools a bit cold, but apart from that everything was great.
The après bar about 100m up the slope from the hotel is great for an afternoon of fun.
The resort is really nice and the ski area is vast.
