The Hotel Alpenland is surrounded by an impressive array of mountains above the town center of Obergurgl. A special advantage of our hotel is the very central location. The numerous hiking trails and tours start right in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The hotel was built in the Tyrolean style with much love to detail. The precious wooden interior and the unobtrusive elegance give the hotel a special harmony and cozy atmosphere. For over 30 years is the hotel managed by the Fender family, and the very familiar and informal atmosphere they create is appreciated by the guests.

Stayed at the Alpenland for Christmas. Hotel was exceptionally clean and well presented and the food was wonderful.
Bowling alley, pool table etc were very popular with teenagers as Obergurgl is very quiet in the evenings... read more
