Studios Marios

Fantastic stay, I've been there twice and will go again. Excellent location near, shops, beach, restaurants, bus to Fira and Ancient Fira. Family run with a friendly owner who is very helpful. Highly recommended!

oooo it was the best hoilday me and my family had it was the best hotel there and it was really clean and tidy the rooms are really big and my family is going back again the owner of the hotel is really nice and friendly and you can treat him like a really good friend we loved the pool it was really good fun couldnt get away from it and plus the beach is only 2 mins away from the hotel and the town was really good that was only 2 mins away too its couldnt have been better cant wait to be there again we miss already love from charlie and... more

Studios Marios is an excellent place to stay in Kamari on Santorini. I would recommend it to anyone who asked. It has great rooms that are large and clean, it's just a block from a beautiful beach and great restaurants, and it has an inviting pool that feels wonderful on those hot days. You won't be disappointed.

This quaint, family-run, 17 room studio/hotel is the place to stay in Kamari Beach on Santorini. Located less than a block from the beach at the quiet end of Kamari, it offers large, spotless rooms with air conditioning and TV. Mario and his family do everything possible to make sure your visit goes as smoothly and enjoyably as it can. Was invited by a friend a she was 100% right about the service and the hospitality. Also about the clean rooms and the view. The staff in the hotel is very friendly and kind. Right from the heart. The hotel is with 17 rooms perfect for a relaxed stay. Near to the beach and with every convience u r looking for during your stay. Like the nice swimmingpool with his little greek bar. Having never had a holiday abroad we couldnt believe our luck in finding such a clean and friendly hotel. From the minute we arrived til our departure we were made welcome both by the manager and his family and numerous local taverna, bar and shop owners. We are already arranging our next vist. So, we were travelling to Santorini, Kamari to be exact for the first time and had seen Studios Marios on a website specifically with information about island hotels in Greece. The pictures are what really struck me about Studios Marios, specifically how prim and clean it looked but also that it looked fairly secluded with a touch of family orientation. the hotel is new and in a great location close to the sea. My accomodations were above expectation in that the room was super clean and the price was exceptional considering the amenities. (small kitchen, private bath and refridgerator) I found the unbelievably friendly and helpful, especially with getting to know the island. I definetly plan to stay there when ii return.

We'd booked a hotel on the other side of Santorini from home before we reached Greece. The price was outrageous and there wasn't a lot to do. The view WAS spectacular, for the 10 minutes it takes to watch the sunset. We rented a scooter for 12 euro / day and found Studios Marios. I thought I wasn't hearing properly when he told me the price. It was half of what we were paying on the other side and soooo much nicer! The best thing about the apartments is that they are right by everything you need. It is less than 5 minutes to the beach, where all the restaurants, shops and a couple of bars are based. Location is really important to me and we really hit on a winner with Marios Studios. The studio apartment is reasonably basic but is clean and tidy with everything you need plus a few luxury extras (satellite TV etc).
