Location is good and its clean. That is about all that that there is in its favour. If it has been recently renovated hate to think what it was like before.
Anyone with any problems will find the stairs and outside access to rooms dangerous and with the shower in the raised about 12 inches high and not much more width to get into then not suitable for lots of people. Bathroom is smaller than my wardrobe (seriously)
Hotel has no facilities , not even a phone, except a TV in room, very small and old portable, 2 channels only and remote held together with sellotape and stuck on top of a non working fridge in middle of room.
Breakfast room has "sort of" been renovated(best bit of hotel)but you wont get fat as breakfast is rationed with smallest potions of cheese I have ever seen cut.
No staff except one part time maid and elderly lady on reception (presume owner),times when there is no one there at all . Very unsafe. Love Klagenfurt but not the hotel
Advice: Best at Christmas- lights and ambiance
Activities: Cake at Cafe Hutter on Alter Platz and Ciao Ciao is best Italian restaurant in town( best to book)
