This hotel should be avoided at all costs. It is completely dilapidated and in need of repair. The owners seem to be milking it and refusing to repair anything in the hotel. I was forced to spend one night in a room on the fourth floor and the railing on the balcony would not have restrained a toddler, posing a serious safety risk to adults and childrem. When I checked out of the hotel after one night instead of three, the staff insisted on charging my credit card for two nights and Venere.com has not been helpful in rectifying the problem. I suggest that travelers avoid both Venere.com and the Hotel Albatros. It is truly an Albatros around my neck now!
