Was concerned after reading some of the reviews but we had no problems at all. Stayed 5 nights. Room was on 11th floor, great views across Benidorm. Basic, clean accomodation, fresh towels, changed twice. Reception staff friendly and helpful, ordering taxis etc. Well worth the money.

Stayed at La Era park from 6th-13th April 2010. If you can stand heights get a room from floor 15 upwards for stunning views across Benidorm. This is a functional apartment block, its clean, conveniently located just on the edge of the old town and three streets away from... more

La Era Park - More like Filthy Towers
Just come back from this Hotel and were unhappy with the standard of cleanliness of the pool area and the rooms. We found Hair of every variety on the bedroom and bathroom floor which had been there for god knows how long. When you walked bare foot your feet were black (but not as black as the bath!!!!). We received fresh towels twice a week and 1 x change of sheets. One time we were in the apartment when the maid came to clean-she was out of there in less than One minute. Would have to also say that the position of the Hotel is ok but... more
oh what a nite
we stayed at la era park in june of 06 its not family oriantated its more for stag and hen parties and the 24 hour bar next door dosent do it any favours as we soon found out. when a large group of lads were stripping off naked and jumping in the pool, they had been drinking non stop so they didnt seem to care if there were children present or not. the staff were friendly and any trouble was delt with it was clean but very basic but i personly would not stay there again not with two children anyway more
Not for families
I stayed here last summer for 2 weeks with my family. The apartments were in a great location 10 mins walk from the (square) centre and the beach, which is excellant. The apartments were basic but fairly clean. My problem with this holiday was with the amount of stag & hen parties that were ongoing all through the day and all night. It was just like 18-30 holiday. I do not recommend this holiday for families although i would recommend it for a stag or hen night!!!! more
Goodish
We stayed at the la era park for one week and found it ok apart from when i hired the remote for the tv our son started surfing the channels for cartoons and to our horror on came a hardcore pornographic film turned out this is on 24 hours a day some warning shouldhave been given from the desk more
Lovely Hotel
Arrived at the hotel and was welcomed by the manager took no time at all to get checked in and up to our room (1st floor) which was great as i hate heights, room was lovely and tidy very nice, also had 24 hour reception which was great for leaving our key and collecting it into the night!!! Had a bar and pool only downside to this was the bar closed at 11pm and the pool was cold when you first got in to it It was a little walk away from the beach and centre however if your looking in the shops on the way it was ok! We would... more
Drunken Roudy Stag Parties
Went on a hen weekend - apartments ok but full of drunken english stag and hen parties. Very dangerous as no security by the pool and lots of 'play fighting' - glasses and beer bottles all around the pool area. Not somewhere I'd recommend - especially not for children as some of the antics by the pool were entirely inappropriate and not behaviour I'd like my children to see. more
Will be going back (with a group of friends)
My friend and I stayed at La Era Park early March 2004 and were pleasantly surprised as most of the places we looked at were disgusting and very run down. We moved in, in the middle of the night and the staff were very helpful and friendly and helped us with our Spanish. We stayed on the 4th floor (as families are normally situated on the 1st 2nd and 3rd floor) The apartment had one bedroom, with twin beds, small kitchen/bar area with electric hobs, fridge, kettle etc, a sofa bed and cable tv (which you have to pay extra for) The... more
Absolutely horrific
Stayed at these apartents in March - they were filthy, no maid service, no clean towels and very noisy. We arrived after midnight and had to start cleaning the loo!!!!! If you want clean towels you have to pay for them. Not advisable to anyone to stay there, unless you don't mind a dump!!!! more
Era Park Apartments (Benidorm)
Hello there, I live in Alicante and often go to Benidorm for a day or weekend. My partner and I went for two days and stayed at the Era Park Aparpments, they where situated in the center of town with easy access to both the old town and the beach area. The apartments where made up of one twin bedroom Lounge (with sofabed) kitchenette and bathroom. It also had a huge terrace with table and chairs. It was well worth a visit. more
Needs A little tlc.
Not too bad but apartments need a little tlc and a thorough clean. Reception staff gloomy!
