Joya Hotel

Just got back with the wife, have travelled fairly extensively. And for this price £92-50 for a weeks half board, you won't find better.Downside is Stag & Hen parties stoping there get a bit boisterous, but not all that bad after being spoken too. Food is same every night. Fish, Meat, and chips. But at this price eat out!. The pool is big and deep, the room was fairly big, and kept clean.The towels are changed everyday, a good job really they are so thin.The location is in the residential area right in the middle of Benidorm. at the top of a steadily getting steeper hill, alright coming down. But when going back it's taxi time, especially when lubricated. Will definitely go back

We stayed in the Joya in August 05, The hotel is mainly for the Spanish, and they were not very friendly. The food was not very good, and you were expected to set your own table and clear up after your meal.The good things about the Joya are : the rooms are large and very clean,the pool is also very clean and plenty of loungers.I would recommend this hotel to someone who is on a tight budget. One other point is it is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties, the hotel is 20 mins. from the beach and up a steep hill. You can get a taxi the cost from the beach is 5 euroes.
