I cant fault this accomodation just come back from a few days trip and cleanliness, location etc... of appt is excellent can fault the appts just the booking agents need to make sure when booking where the keys will be.
Only one problem that i think everyone should be aware of that i booked via Alpha Rooms and this was the first time using them and i assumed i would pick up the key from a reception within the complex. no such luck this only happens if you book direct with gemelos not online. MAKE SURE WHEN YOU BOOK YOU FIND OUT BEFORE YOU GO WHERE YOU MUST GET THE KEYS. I should have had instruction from aplha rooms unbeknown to me and i spent an hour on the phone trying to sort and i then had to drag my cases and children 10 min up the road to get the keys from another appt block. speaking to other people there it seems to be a similar experience so BEWARE

we booked privatly and the accomodation was brilliant,its the second time we have been here and have no complaints about the appt what so ever,but this year was a bad year for us all ,got our pocket picked on beach front then a handbag stolen in one of night clubs while talking to police some rotten git was helping himself to the stuff in our appartment we did get him going out of building simply because l recognised the bag he took as my own.got the bag back but he did get away with phones mp3 player jewallary and money.we have never had anything like this before in benidorm was quite shocked at the amount of theives and muggers about,so never carry a bag stick your money down yer bra never let anyone see how much you have dont take a phone out unless you have to and put keys somewhere safe.people said you wont be back will you but we will some rotten gits aint gonna put us

We stayed in Gemelos 22 with the dutch touroperator Siroco. The apartments were outstanding, the garden and swimmingpools superb. The service of the friendly staff was very good. We had a wunderfull stay. We would defenitely go there again. We had a very secure feeling in the apartment. There is a guard at night and before entering your appartment you pass 3 locks. The life-guards at the swimmingpool do very good work. The kids could swim all day without problems with older kids. We also booked our transfer with Siroco, this was very pleasant, John, the driver already had the keys to our apartment so we didn't heve to bother about our keys. I heard from others that they didn't get their keys this easily. Everything was ok and see you again. John, Jerry, Nora and Nathasja.

When we arrived at Gemelos xx11 the receptionist could not find our booking, we had to wait one hour for the manager to arrive. We were then shown to our apartment - on entering we found the apartment was just how the last residents had left it, so we had to sit on the balcony till some cleaners were found to clean the place up. Not the best of starts but our troubles were just beginning.
On the Saturday night we went out and got back early hours of Sunday morning to find our safe had been ripped out of the wall and taken. We contacted the management but all they were worried about was that they had lost their safe, but told us not to worry because the safe was insured and they would not charge us for it. Never mind that, we had all our holiday money, passports, and bank cards in the safe. We had to attend the police station on the Monday morning. There we met another couple who were also staying at Gemelos xx11 and they had also had their safe stolen .Theirs had gone while they were in the swimming pool in the middle of the afternoon. Through all this the management never helped us; in fact they tried their best to ignore us.
The door to our apartment was not damaged at all so they must have come in with a key,the same for the other couple because there was no force used to gain entry our insurance company have informed us that we will not receive a penny.
So no way could I recommend these apartments to anyone.

Apartment was lovely, stayed twice in 2005 and 2006 in the 2nd and 3rd block would stay again.
Market just 5 minutes down the road twice a week, loads of shops, beach just 10 minutes walk away.
The only down fall is the indoor pool and toilet which is always dirty so you would have to go back to your room to use your own.
You pay 100 euro for key deposit which isn’t bad. You have everything in your room which you need aircon, washing machine, cooker, kettle, towels, TV and many more the price is just right.
Loads of places to eat/drink but if you haven’t been before make sure you get dropped off at the right block, unless you want to walk down the road with your suitcases to the right block.
Would love to come back and stay again.

Have been to Benidorm approx 20 Times and found the Gemelos XXII to be very nice well equipped apartments only thing that was missing was the microwave which we were supposed to have.
They are part of a 3 tower complex with a Lovely pool area including kid’s pool. Inside heated pool, but there were no sun beds as this is a residential area. Security seemed quite high as entry was by a locked gate and key entry to the apartment complexes. The Apartments had a very secure locking door with deadbolts but no security safe.
The apartment we stayed in was Clean Tidy had a good cooker & fridge freezer, the utility area had a washing machine and sink airing board etc.. Used to freshen up clothes before coming home. TV in rooms 1 Euro for approx 2 hours but not much in the way of English channels Nice air conditioned rooms and sunny balcony .
Only drawback at present is building work going on in the vicinity at the old Dynastic Park starts about 8 in the morning. Plenty of pubs & supermarkets in the area. Would certainly use it again.
