Only stayed for one night. The hotel is in the town centre and was very noisy at night with cars zooming past.
The room was ok nothing exciting but the staff were very polite and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide selection of fresh produce and I can honestly say it made up for the bad night.
As it was booked independently, I found the price was reasonable.
The hotel in general was abit dated but cannot fault the food and service offered by staff.

I will never book another weekend in Bournemouth at this Hotel as the room was Dirty especially the carpets and we slept on top of the beds after spraying with Dettol,if you can sleep with all the noise from stag parties screaming all night in their rooms. You feel threatened by this as they are permitted to do exactly as they like. My 2 year old did not sleep a wink and nor did we. You have to pay to use the pool which is the best part of the hotel. Most staff are Eastern European and can't communicate. The only good point was the staff in the dinning room who were lovely to the baby. Please avoid like the plague and if you want a nice hotel the Durley Dean a mile away is far better in every respect. Totally ruined Mothers Day for my parner.
