Stayed at the Carlos V for 6 nights, the apts are dirty and smell. We had the same towels for full stay and bed sheets were stained and also not changed. Beware if you need to use the blankets that are in top of wardrobes, they dont appear to have been washed ever! they... more

we had a great holiday as there were 21 of us and we knew what we going into. V central, rooms clean but basic. I think looking at all the reviews the theft is definately a scam as the cleaning lady who spoke no English tried to get one key off one of us for all 5 rooms... more

All the bad reviews about the Carlos V are [--] !!! this was oe of the best holidays of my lifee .. would recommend it to anyone ! the staff are helpfull and polite... Rooms are basic but clean and very comfortable ! ne of the best places to go is Broadway! its just down... more

hiit was a party weekend for 8 women, we had 3 apartments bewteen us. when we arrived there was a man in reception area telling us he had been at the carlos v for one night and he had been broken in too, the theives had entered with a master key and ripped the safe off the... more

this was definitly the worst holiday i have had in 28 years to benidorm. the accom was despreate for renovation and to top it all we was broken into on the 1st floor we had eveything all securley locked, windows closed, but they still managed to get in no sign of forced... more

Went for a hen wk-end at the end of May....defo the place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the action. The rooms were clean but not cleaned while we were there. Everything that we needed was available though we didn't find the way to the pool till the last day. A... more

If you want to be in the heart of it.. stay here... I had a 2 bed appartment with my children, it was very noisey at night but its part of the buzz, the only problem we had was with a group of young lads shouting all night but hey your on holiday... its great for the bars... more

I was advised before we went these would be suitable for families, the partments were perfect, done the job and nice and big! However if you have toddlers it is suicide, they put us on the 8th floor which is mental, there is shutters on the bedroom windows but the shutters... more
