If you think positive about the holidays, you're holidays would only get better. I had an amazing time! Everyone was so nice, the guys in the bar was very charming.. and they work alot! It's crazy. I really enjoyed the holiday and the only thing I can complain about, is that I couldn't be there for more than 10 days.

We wouldn't go back here if we were paid. we had 3 rooms before finally getting one that was habitable and not overrun with ants and wasps. As I suffer from arthritis on arrival we were given a room with a walk in shower and seat the seat was hanging off the wall. the next room we were given turned out to be overrun with ants not only in the room but in our bed. Offered another room saw it before deciding and guess what, more ants. When we declined the hotel reception said that he had ants in his house and was promptly told that we don't and certainly not in our bed then he said he had no more rooms. when the rep arrived (there's another story) she got us another room. The ants arrived after 4 days but not as many. The food was tepid and pork was on the menu every day. This hotel isn't catering to the British just all the other european countries. I know ther are other reviews which will make this place sound like an excellent hotel but believe me it is anything but and doesn't warrant a 3 star rating

hotel complex more like an holiday village was fantastic, great pools with slides and easy acsess to drinks when ever you want. My main problems are as follows some of the staff are very rude including the bar staff i was asked or should i say groweled at nearly everytime i went to the bar "what do you want" i often replied in a friendly way just to make them more frustrated, reception staff seemed to have a slight attitude aswell. Food was great aslong as you are not a fussy eater like me frogs legs/ pork pork and more pork, i seemed to live of pasta for a few days desserts and fruit where fantastic. We found a great bar in the center called the 3 lions the father un son made are holidat two great guys. Beach was fantastic clear seas white sands it was idillic. Over all it was a great holiday and im going to book next year and take the kids its a great place for them very geared up for that, i really would recommend anyone wanting a quiter holiday in a smaller resort to go there.

We stayed at this resort all inclusive for 8 days and had a great time, 2 adults and 2 children 6 and 3 yrs old, the resort was a very mixed bunch of nationalitys but this did not bother us as the entertainment team hosts could speak several languages. The food was varied and the snack bar very handily situated at the pool with self service soft drinks and beer. The reception staff and daytime entertainment staff were very friendly and a lot of children attended the sunshine club during the day. The guys were always getting everyone up to do the various activities around and nearby the pool including table tennis matches, water polo, archery and shooting with certificates presented at night time. The only thing i could moan about was the temperature of the pool...it was freezing but then maybe thats just me. On the whole though the holiday was great, the rooms cleaned every other day or on request, maintenance staff cleaning or gardening the grounds each day, public toilets cleaned regularly, restaurant clean and tables tidied as soon as people left. Some of the comments in other reviews seem to be exaggerated because we could not find the any faults with the service we received. Thanks to all Eurocalas staff for making our holiday a good one.

This was my first try of an all inclusive holiday and the first european holiday for 30+ years. If you choose the transfers from the airport, check the drivers list for drop offs. You could find you pass your hotel a number of times!! As for the Eurocalas,It could not be faulted other than having a bias to the Germans. (But they are not allowed to reserve poolside sunbeds!) The staff work long hours and do them well. You can find some a bit 'offish' but it is only human nature. The food was well presented and lots of it. The snack bar tends to attract a lot of fruit flies. The beer was served in small plastic glasses so it meant several trips to the bar during the evening, but once the staff got to know you they had them ready at the raise of an eyebrow! The room was clean and very well maintained, but a double bed rather than twin bed option would have been better. All the pools were cleaned every day and the grounds kept clear of litter. Local shops were only 10minutes walk away (longer if you stop to stroke the friendly cats on the way)

there is only 1 down about this holiday and that was our room was abit small! apart from that the rest was perfect. the food was great a good variety something for every one the eggs were perfectly made i always looked forward to breakfast. the activities through the day were a great laugh we all picked up certificates. there was plenty going on for the kids, my kids loved it every day all day taking part in all the games. the staff were all freindly the entertainers were brilliant with the kids. and there shows were funny well some of them. the hotel was very clean the whole complex was very clean. all in all the whole holiday was good and i would reccomend this hotel to any one that wants a fun relaxing family hoilday the kids will love it!!!

I will start with the transfer, we used resort hoppa and were greeted and shown to our bus immediately, which had a/c and a very friendly driver. 45 mins later we were outside the hotel
check in - took about 15 mins to complete, receptionist spoke pretty good english and was polite.
room - we were told we would have an apartment that was suitable for 6 ppl. it was a large hotel room with a small kitchenette attatched to it. travelling as a group of 2 adults, 2 kids and a baby, it just wasnt big enough but not one to complain, we grit our teeth and got on with it. It was clean, had a/c, a balcony and a fair sized bathroom. there were 2 single beds pushed together, a camp bed squashed between the main beds and the balcony doors, a wooden sofa/bed opposite the main beds and the cot was in the kitchen as there was no room anywhere else. The maids cleaned and changed bedding/towels every other day and were very friendly.
food - the food was lovely, lots of choice for mains, lots of fresh fuit and salad, wasnt so hot about the desserts but i am fussy so was expecting it. only thing was the MAD queue's for chips, and fried eggs in the morning's. but the eggs were well worth queueing for mmmmmm.
entertainment - basic at best, lots of ''superman'' and ''i am the music man'' lol but the kids seemed to like it, not my kids, but most of the other kids. we walked to the main commercial centre every night (a 10 min walk) just for a change of scenery and some karaoke.
staff - on the whole very friendly and helpful. but as u can expect, the hours they put in are gruelling so they were testy at times.
cleanliness - couldn't complain it was well maintained, gardeners out every day and the only rubbish u seen was what ppl made round there loungers.
pools - there were 4 pools. a shallow pool, 2 larger pools that had slopes leading into them, which both were quite deep in the middle, and a pool near the entertainment square which had a infant bit barriered off.lifeguard was always texting on his mobile so dont know if he would have jumped in to save anyone in trouble.
location - 10 min walk to night spot. 10 min walk to a beach thet had lots of steps leading down to it so not recommended for buggies or anyone with walking aids. another beach about 20 min walk with much better access via ramps. both beautiful.taxi rank near night spot, quite cheap, 5 euro seemed to get u anywhere lol.
on the whole a very enjoyable holiday but personally i would rather go somewhere a bit more lively. hope this has helped you make up your mind.HAPPY HOLIDAYS x x x

- Reading these varied reviews, I am amazed that no-one has commented on this!! It was overpowering!! I realised later on in our stay that it must have been "walked-in" from outside, where pools of it could not have been seen in the dark, but it was so bad that I couldn't go to the bar to get drinks - my husband had to!!
- The kitchen staff work very hard to keep up with the vast numbers of guests in the dining room, but sometimes it was better to take the freshly-replenished chips and go back for the rest of the meal later..........
- The resort itself isn't very exciting and there are much better areas to visit.
- Don't try it if you don't like children - the place is swarming with them!!

Paid for 3 adults and one child for this holiday, given no info when booking in just the armband for all inclusive, went on the hunt for our hotel room!! the rooms are very outdated was obviously was for self catering, no room for all of our clothes and had to live out of suitcases for two weeks. The staff not friendly at all apart from one of the entertainment staff (Olga) the rest very abrupt ! The food - what can I say unless you love fish and pork then you will be living on chips, salad and bread rolls, the aroma from the kitchen as we walked to the food hall told us that we were in for another night of the same! Also if you enjoy warm ham instead of bacon for breakfast - knock yourself out!
The entertainment was not what we expected either every night we had the kids mini disco which was exactly the same every night we could even predict what song they would play next, the activities during the day seemed to be dominated by the Germans!! On a positive note we did have fantastic weather without a spot of rain. We will not be visiting Club Euroclass again.
