We stayed at this fantastic hotel early December for our visit to Krakow. It is rightly described as "the most luxurious hotel in Krakow". Its location is perfect for the centre and the castle is directly behind - from the rooftop terrace the view of the castle is beautiful. The main market square is a 3 min walk away and you are spoilt for good restaurants in the location.
The Hotel - where do I start? The staff cannot do enough to ensure your stay there is pleasurable. The rooms are spacious, beautifully and tastefully decorated. There is a small gym/sauna and pool in the ancient cellars that we had to ourselves. There really is no need to eat elsewhere than at the hotel itself - the food is top class.
We booked through escape2poland.com and everything went really well. Collected by private taxi at the airport, taken by private taxi to the Auschwitz/Birkenhau Tour that had already been prearranged through the website.
I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, it is the best!
