Four couples spent a three night break in Krakow in February 2007, and stayed at the Sheraton Hotel.
We could not fault this hotel!
It is located conveniently approximately a 10 minute walk from Rynek Glowny, the main square, and approximately a five minute walk from the historical Wawel Hill area.
The hotel itself is arranged around a central glass atrium, which is amazing.
The rooms are very well appointed, with nice modern bathrooms. They aren't enormous, but not too small either. Minibar, free internet and lovely comfy beds and bedding.
Breakfast was fantastic - a huge choice of delicious food from cheeses and cold meats, to a wide selection of breads, cooked breakfast with freshly cooked omelettes and eggs - really excellent.
There are two bars - a sports bar with lots of widescreen TVs showing various sporting activities, and the Qube bar in the atrium.
Both were excellent, with a wide variety of cocktails and drinks, and the Sports Bar also does very reasonably priced food.
All the staff we met were excellent, friendly and welcoming - some of the best hotel staff we have ever come across.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough - a definite plus to any trip to Krakow.
