Olive Garden Apartments

i agree with jezndkt, the apartments are very clean, and the location is perfect as it is close enough to the nightlife to walk!! but i did also had bad experiences with some of the staff, sam was to very rude...but ali baba the chef was very rude to the point where he called me a [--]!! so if you are young girls planning on going i would be careful! x

great hotel, clean,close to restraunts and most importantly bars, full montys is good to eat and vagabundos is great to party. first day was brilliant spent all day by the pool bar staff were freindly until sam propositioned me. Since i turned him down him and jemo and the chef ali baba turned nasty,to all 5 of us but were spreading rumours especially about me and my roomate, However they seemed perfectly pleasant and respectful of all the other guests staying at the hotel, the hotel food was good and we enjoyed our holiday otherwise.... more

Stayed at the Olive in July 2007 for the second time and had a great time, everyone has thier own opinions about these apartments but we have stayed there twice and never had any problems, all the staff are great. We will be going back there in August 2008, me and my partner will be getting married in Marmaris on August 24th 2008. HI there gust returnd to uk from olive appartments in turkey whot a joke were to start within 5 mins of getting there we wonted to go home we were put on top floor they mooved us to ground floor take into acount we were the only people in the appartment there was 8 of us bedding dident get changed for 8 days rooms got swept out 2 in two weeks toilet bin got emptied 2 dedding and tawels were filthey hotel staff diddent give a dam about us rep more interested in staff than us fooball was allin turkish wodent pay for english becouse it was end... more

The olive was great bar staff were really friendly rooms were basic but very clean, pool is clean n ok but if u like the sun it goes down at 2 pm so u have to sunbath round the back music at night turns down at a sensible time, we enjoyed every min (VERY FRIENDLY)!!

Reading all of the reviews on this website , i thought olive aptms was a safe bet , i was SO wrong, upon arrival at 5.00 a.m i offered the £50 to pay for air conditioning straight away (as i have 2 young children), but the manager was not in till 11.00 , FAIR ENOUGH, the apartments were 2 star AT BEST!, i,ve seen better in goa 2 star hotels, as being of indian origin i have traveled to india 5 times in last 3 years and NEVER have i seen standards this low! broken shower , tiles, dirty linen, filthy matresses, smelly, after paying for the... more

Have just returned from Olive Apartments. Had a fantastic time with my partner and our two children (aged 13 & 11). The apartments are very basic but very clean. The Bar Staff (Sam & Jemo) are lovely - very friendly and helpful. Pool area rather small but once again kept very clean. Visited the Sera Beach Bar (Geordie Bar) often and had a great time there. Free sunbeds during the day and Rocket is a star with the kids and adults alike. Evening entertainment very good - all the waiters very helpful - no hassle. Would highly... more

The olive apts are a great place to stay, they are clean spacious and the staff are very friendly.It is a good place to stay if you want to get a decent sleep after a night out as it is located in a quiet side street away from all the noise of the resort.The staff are very funny and entertaining,and are very helpful.They are amongst some of the friendliest staff i have come across in marmaris,and make your stay very pleasant. I would never stay anywhere else now that i have found these apts, they are very good value for money. Just great!

What a fun place Marmaris is. I was there on a post break up holiday with the girls at the beginning of May and we had a ball in your typical package- holiday-tastic way. We stayed in the Olive Apartments in Marmaris, just off the main road. This was a great location to walk everywhere and was not too noisy from the bars clubs and restaurants either. The apartments were large and clean and had just undergone a refit. They have a small swimming pool that only gets sun until around 2pm, then you have to go round the back to a gravel... more
