We were here for 2 weeks and it was the best two weeks of my life... The bar staff are amazing and they make you feel welcome... sercan ıs the best dancer and the most funnıest barman ı have ever seen. The staff are the best ın turkey and i cant wait too come back next year. Ann was brıllıant she would do anythıng you asked, also okan was so good at takıng the mıck out of me and davıd but great fun and spıderman tried hıs best to show us how to dance (bless him) but really loved all of them and cant wait to see them agaın love kelly and davıd xxxxxxx

i just came back from turkey on the 17th june and stopped in xanthos apart there was just me and me mate we loved it. all the staff in xanthos apart are very nice and we miss them all. we are going back on 22nd september for 1 week and we are stopping in the xanthos apart again we cant get enough of it. cant wait to see everyone. xxxx

17 girlies just back from Marmaris. We went for my pals Hen Week and what a ball we had. These apartments are fab!! Couldn't have been made more welcome if they tried. Such a friendly bunch and always willing to help. Basic apartments but no complaints whatsoever.
We started off my pals Hen Night with drinks in the room then down to the bar and the staff were fantastic. They let us decorate the bar area and re-arrange chairs etc and put on a fab show for us also at no cost!!
Best apartments Ive been to in a long long time and would definately recommend these to anyone. Not a far walk from the main road but definately worth it!!
10 out 10!!!
P.S. Watch your fags for the maid tho (some peoples went walkies) haha

We stayed for a week, 28 of us - the ages were between 2 and 60. The rooms were very basic and very clean you had everything that you needed in them. The drinks were buy 1 get 1 free most nights, the food was great value and fantastic.
All the staff were very helpful and friendly, we all said that it was a fantastic place to stay. John was 60 on the Wednesday we were there, they arranged a cake and entertainment that night at no cost to us and what a night we had, John will remember that party for a long time.
The pool area was kept clean, the play area for the children was very safe. With it being so late in the year the pool was freezing and the sea was warmer. But out of everyone that went all 28 of us we are going back next year .

A party of 26 stayed here. What a fantastic week we all had. The staff were the best.
The rooms were basic but spotless. Bbq night is a must, boss man was a great help. We are all still on about our stay we will be BACK. We had a 60th birthday on the weds what a party they arranged to dancers to fire dancing with the staff and us joining in and 2 large birthday cakes the best birthday ever for my brother. He won’t forget that in a hurry.
I would recommend this holiday to any one we all had a fantastic time. A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AT THE XANTHOS YOU MADE OUR HOLIDAY THE BEST.

Myself and 3 other girls came here last summer, and it was one of the best holidays we have ever had! The staff were very friendly and helpful, good to have a joke with, especially the bar staff. The rooms are very basic, but personally this didnt bother us as we didnt spend much time there. its a short walk to the beach and main road, but there are a few bars and restaurants along the way if you fancy a meal away from the hotel. We would recommend Konak restaurant as the food is good, entertainment excellent and cocktails even better! However, the entertainment in the hotel itself is well worth a night in. The pool looked clean and well maintained, but got quite cold towards the end of the week! We would definatley recommend it to families, couples and friend groups, and would go back!

What a fantastic holiday hope to go back next year. The apartments are basic but comfortable and clean.
The staff are all brilliant and go out of their way to ensure you have a great time. With the entertainment laid on and entertaining staff you won’t feel the need to go trawling round the pubs in town it’s all under one roof here.
By the end of the holiday you really feel you have made some good friends in the staff. So get dancing on the dance floor and enjoy the pool parties but no Gigi Gigi.
The food here is lovely I should know I worked through the menu also very cheap. The area has loads to offer bars restaurants and plenty of trips. Don’t forget the Turkish bath mmm.

We spent 2 week here in these apartments and I can’t fault them they were cleaned everyday also the bedding changed at least twice a week.
The staff were fantastic made you feel very welcome and it was the best place id been in Turkey, it was that good me and my family are going back next year!
The food was also very good and they have Barbie nights and curry nights were they have entertainment on as well.
All in all we had a good time and would rate it too anybody who goes can’t wait too go next year.

Well what can I say about the xanthos... I think it is a amazing hotel I have been there 3 times and I am considering going back again next year.
The rooms are very basic but what do you really need your rooms for, I only use mine to sleep and get changed.
The bar staff are brilliant and will get involved with you as soon as you arrive.
They also have great entertainment on many nights; this includes belly dances, break dancers, a fire show a magic show, bbq nights, Turkish kebab nights, a pool party (you can stay in the pool until 12:00 on the night.
I recommend this hotel to all ages.
The food at the hotel is nice and very good prices.
The swimming pool is not massive but believe me it is the biggest one around the area.
For me it is situated in a really good area you are just seconds away from many bars and a 5-10 minute walk to the beach.
See you guys next year again.

Went on a girlie holiday to Marmaris and had the time of my life!
The staff at the Xanthos apartments really made our holiday. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and over the 2 weeks we had a ball!!
Rooms are clean, pool good and food and entertainment fab! The boys don’t stop dancing so be sure not to miss the weekly full Monty by Ali and Sarcan!

Excellent value for money. The hotel is clean and very friendly. This was our second time in Marmaris. Last time we stayed at the Hibiscus Gardens which was much quieter.
If you come here you must eat at the 2 best (and cheapest) restaurants in Marmaris:
1. Cousins 2 steakhouse which is a 5 min walk near to the hibiscus gardens apartments.
2. Konak which is just down the street from Xanthos.
Book your trips from Andy at Nostradamus tours (he is at the other end of the street from Cousins 2 and the Hibiscus Gardens. He is the cheapest in Marmaris (I’ve checked the lot).
A brilliant day out involves taking the dolmus to Tansas and then getting a white dolmus from Tansas to Turunc. The views on this trip are fantastic. The journey takes 30 mins and cost YTL 4 (£1.60).
When you get to Turunc, walk along the beach front and there is a restaurant which will let you use their pool overlooking the sea or their beach free of charge all day. The food and drinks are excellent and cheap.
We were so impressed with this holiday that we have booked again for next year.

The staff here are really friendly and the bbq night is a really good night. They have entertainment on every night which keeps kids and adults entertained. The food and drinks aren't overpriced, pool is average size and one of the cleanist in the area. Apartments are basic but clean, maids are lovely and would leave rose petals on our pillows.
Beach is easy to get to and its a lovely beach with pleny of deckchairs. Plenty of places to drink and eat at, v.cheap to eat everywhere.
On our last day we went on a day trip to Dalaman where we went to turtle beach which is beautiful and clean. To get there you have to go on a lovely boat trip which takes in the sights of turkey - try and do this trip if you can.
The only downside to turkey for me was all the starving cats everywhere, they obviously are over run with them and they lurk all around the restaurants wanting food.

Best holiday ever! The apartments are great. You get dropped off and are made to feel welcome straight away by all the staff.
I would recommend this resort to anyone and I would definitely say stay in these apartments.
There’s nightly entertainment from the good old fashioned bingo to bbq nights, curry nights magic shows and the full Monty!
The rooms are standard but great for what you need them for. Unlike a lot of places the showers are always warm.
Rooms are cleaned regular and if you're lucky you get flower petals put on your bed
Some of the places we found nice to go to were Figo and Alex’s (Oscar bar) and robin hoods and club atrium. All staff really friendly. There’s bar street as well but that’s expensive but it is a great night out
Beach fronts fab too - right hands sides best for clubs
Excursion. Scuba diving is brill do it through the rep.
Loved the place so much we're going back again ASAP. Got back last night hoping to go back in 2 month.
Same apartments, hopefully all staff will still be there, they make half your holiday.

Just got back from the Xanthos in Marmaris yesterday, make sure you don't mix up with the Club Xanthos in Kalkan also with Thomas Cook if you are looking on the net before you go like I did or you will be a bit disappointed!
But don't worry though as this hotel still had a lot going for it, for a 2 star hotel the hotel is as good as 3 star hotels I’ve stayed in, in many other countries.
The room had a living area and bedroom which had all the usual but was very clean and even had an electric kettle!! There was also more than 6 electric sockets which is twice as much as I’ve ever had in Greece or Cyprus.
All rooms had balconies although not overlooking much other than the surrounding hotels.
The food was decent and reasonably priced as were the drinks-all cocktails were bogof from 7-12 midnight every night we were there.
The staff were very friendly and not ott at all, no pressure put on you to sign up for their events. Pool was rather small but there was enough beds at all times.
Location wise the hotel had more than enough bars and restaurants around it but main nightlife was centered around the beach which was around a 15 min walk, this was also where the main shops etc was.
I would def stay there again as there was not 1 reason during my week to put me off.

Have stayed at these apartments a couple of times now, and would not hesitate to remommed them to anyone.
The staff are extremely helpful and cannot do enough for you, the bbq night is a definite must, great food and atmosphere, if you get chance try one of Sercans amazing cocktails, think we worked our way through his extensive menu lol. If you are not a fan of load dance music, i would suggest getting some earplugs, as this seems to be the music off choice in this hotel.
Recommend the food at Xanthos, good choice and always cooked to perfection, if you want to go out try the Havana bar or Adam and Eves on the main road, where you will be made to feel very welome.
Rooms basic but perfectly adequate, large living area, and decent sized bedroom. Showers can be a bit erratic at times, so be careful, and to posters who moan about no tv, why go on holiday to watch the telly lol, sure you can find something much better to do.
Tried a number of trips, Aquapark, Boat Trip, Turkish Baths, and Horse riding......all booked on the main promonade (next to turtle bar) reasonably priced and all great fun.
Will be back in Turkey in October, and visiting all the lovely friends we have made at the Xanthos xx
