Minotel Darby O Gills Hotel

Really enjoyed this B&B. Stayed here in Aug with family during trip around South Ireland and this was a great find. Staff were excellent to deal with. Food could be better but overall I was a good experience

No non-smoking rooms availabe so the room stank. Pretty quiet location well out of town. We dropped off launday for same day service and they had to mail it to us 3 days later in Dublin since they forgot to do it, then had the gall to try and charge us for the mailing service!

The hotel was very clean, with excellent facilities and the rooms spacious and comfortable. It looked recently decorated and really fresh. It was only a short drive from Cork airport and easy to find. The views from the hotel were glorious and it was ideally situated for travelling in the surrounding area. It was easy to get to the Ring of Kerry and Dingle Peninsular. The staff were very friendly, would share a laugh with you and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable.
