Killarney Oaks Hotel

I've never been motivated in the past to post my critical opinion about anything in my life until now and feel that it is my loyal obligation as a U.S. citizen to warn all my fellow Americans that this is absolutely the worst hotel. We booked through the internet with nothing but the Killarney Oaks website to go by and what we have learned is that the photos are a huge misrepresentation of what the hotel is really about. There are no views. The master suite is anything but. The service is horrible. The food even worse. The hotel representitves were uninformed and poor at there jobs. The price of the hotel is ridiculous for what it offers. We have learned that the best way to find a nice place in Ireland is by word of mouth or to just land in Ireland and drive until you locate a hotel you think is nice. I wish everyone the best.
