Clarion Hotel

We a family of 4 have just returned from a lovely 3 day break at this hotel. We had a family room with 2 large double beds in what only can be desscribed as a wonderfully comfortable and extremely spacious room.It was extremely clean roomy and very quiet in this hotel despite it being in the height of summer. Stayed in this hotel several times & had family weddings here so feel qualified to write a review! Stayed in both the "old" traditional wing & the "new" rooms, personally I think the old side has more character but both are v comfortable. Some of the single rooms in the hotel are quite small though so be aware when booking, most of the rooms have a nice view of the mountains. Stayed here for 2 nights mid week and was beautiful, excellent value for money and breakfast was ample. Old style hotel with lovely spacious bedroom and bathrooms with seperate shower. Staff were very helpful. Only a short stroll into town with a wide choice of restaurants
