Comfort Hotel

We spent 1 night in Comfort Hotel as we were going to 'Opera in the Park' in the Castle Gardens in Antrim. Check-in/out was completed efficiently and quickly. Our room was delightful with everything very clean, bright and in working order. Anything we would have needed was supplied - even an iron and ironing board. The hospitality tray had a choice of tea, coffee or chocolate and the added shortbread was a nice gesture. My husband and i went to Belfast and Ballymena on business and we opted to stay at the comfort inn and i have to say i was really pleasantly suprised. From the outside it looks really nice, the reception and bar area are very pleasant and very clean. The staff were really lovely and friendly and willing to help. The rooms are very clean, larger than i expected with Tea and coffee facilities and an Iron and board, Sat TV and a couple of toiletries. The linen and towels were really clean and a good quality. While in the area for some business I decided to bring wife and family - (Junction One shopping Centre is nearby). This hotel was perfect from the moment the friendly receptionist checked us in. The Lobby is well decorated and relaxed - We were able to have a dring and the kids were no hassle to anyone else. The bedrooms are spacious and well equiped with 1 double and 1 single bed. Stayed one night here shortly after it opened and wish I could have stayed longer. Excellent is the only word that can describe this hotel. Check in was smooth and friendly. The lobby was tastefully decorated and the staff welcoming. Rooms were large, clean and tidy and the bathroom was sparkling. Traditional Irish breakfast in the restaurant was top notch and the service could not be faulted. The hotel is a little obscure to access and a little out of the way, but this was forgiven when we arrived. The lobby was very elaborately decorated and very welcoming. the room was clean and comfortable, what you'd expect from a comfort hotel. No quims about the hotel or the staff, it had just opened when we stayed and despite this everything was very professional!
