Stayed at this hotel early 2007 (date might not be totally accurate). The hotel is located behind the city hall near the centre of Belfast so is very convenient to shops and other restaurants, bars etc.
The staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were of a fairly high standard although a bit small considering the prices charged.
The bar was nice but very busy..probably a starting point for many young people heading out to other bars and clubs in the city.
The food in the restaurant was very nice, although again it was busy (Saturday night). Would stay again but perhaps a hotel more suited to couples than families, at the weekends anyway!

The good bits first:
Nice room, great staff,good location.
The bad bit, which coloured our whole stay and means we won't be staying again:
We returned to our room about 11:30pm pm on a Saturday, to find the floor shaking from the volume of music being played in the special events room directly below our 'Superior' room (list price £170 per night). Despite a phone call to reception this continued until 1am in the morning. All the good things were just outweighed by this miserable experience. Despite spending hundreds of pounds in this hotel, we were made to feel like lodgers in a third-rate B&B.
