i went to this hotel on a school trip it was the best holiday of my life we had such a good time there was always something to do the rooms were very clean although we were warned to hide our stuff in the rooms as the maids have a tendency to pinch things however nothing of ours went missing!!! it was an awsum holiday and it is an awsum place :):):):):)

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel does not cater for children, no evening entertainment for them; play area does not offer a lot.
Wheelchair access is very poor, only one ramp and you still have a large step to get onto it.
Lift is very small and you struggle to get a wheelchair in. You cannot access the roof top pool, unless you carry the person up the stairs.
Dining area and bar area very tight for wheelchairs. Food very bland and not much choice.

The Mercedes Hotel is a very nice hotel, friendly staff, speaking multiple languages and a friendly hotel owner. Good swimming pools. Rather large rooms. Good food. Entertainment shows in the evening.
