We booked our holiday from a brochure without any pictures as this was a newly built hotel, but our fears were laid to rest by the cool, air-conditioned reception area and bar. The accommodation was split into two rooms, separately air-conditioned; one was the bedroom with two single beds and a TV, and the other was the kitchen/diner/lounge. Mini-oven/microwave, hob and fridge in the kitchen and a sofa bed for the extra bedding.
There is a safe in the ample wardrobe space and the bathroom is fully equipped with his’n’hers sinks, bidet, WC and bath/shower.
The hotel itself is a part of a complex (thankfully) on the edge of Lloret and shares two outdoor and two indoor pools with two other hotels. There is a very high-tech gym for which you have to pay (currently about 25 Euros per week)but you also get access to a squash court, Jacuzzi and indoor pool for your money.
Each of the three hotels has its own restaurant, mainly for those on a HB/All-inclusive basis, but you can buy a meal if SC (about 6 Euros).
There is nightly entertainment of varying quality, but it’s good family stuff. For the kids there are two kids clubs, one for pre-teens and one for young teens. It looks better than it actually is, and my 7 year old daughter got bored very quickly.
Late at night, there is a disco on site, but the main bars close at about 1am, with prices being about average for the Costa’s.
As mentioned, the hotel is on the edge of Lloret, but only 10 minutes from the horribly busy centre.
My only word of caution is that very few Brits go to this hotel, so if you want to be surrounded by other Brits then go elsewhere (like the Hotel Samba - a 3* hotel not far away which is much more Brit populated!)
My last piece of advice is that although there are signs around saying reserving sunbeds is prohibited, ignore it as all beds are gone before 9am....
Lovely hotels - I can quite honestly recommend them.

The hotel I very good the staff were friendly and rooms were cleaned daily we have stopped twice in this hotel the food was to the same high standard as before the entertainment as overall poor . My only complaint was about the pools the hotel says it has six pools one small heated indoor two un heated out doors and three heated that hotel guests could only use if they paid 6 euros an hour each to use .
I would recommend this hotel if you are offered it as a bargain . I don’t think my family would go back as the resort is expensive and the weather was bad all week

The hotel is situated about 5 mins walk from the resort centre which places it in a lot quieter area than if you were in the middle of the resort.
The rooms are a bit small and you can hear noises from the other rooms a lot as the walls are so thin. That’s about the only bad points about the room. The good points are the rooms are very clean with the maids changing towels etc every day. The restaurant is very spacious and clean.
The food is really good and served in a buffet style with quite a lot of choice. It takes a few days to get used to it though as a lot of the dishes don’t taste anything like you expect them to! Some are awful but you soon find out the good from the bad.
The hotel is full of everyone but the British!. On holiday there’s Germans, Italians, French and loads of Spanish holidaymakers. This hotel is where the Spanish must go for their holidays! That accounts for all the different dishes and tastes in the buffet. Like I said, you can usually find a lot of things you'll like after a day or two.
The main Swimming pool area is great. A lot of the area is grassed which is great on the feet. There are loads of sun loungers, which are free, but it costs 2 euros for a mattress to place on your sun lounger. It’s well worth the money though as it’s much more comfortable. The pool is very big and clean and has a sit down Jacuzzi section, which is fun. There’s another pool around the back of the hotel which isn’t as good but it’s a lot deeper (and quieter) as the sun doesn’t get around that area until later in the afternoon. There’s also an indoor pool and gym but we never went into it (it looked nice though) so I don’t know how much that cost. I think there was some type of charge for the gym facilities which includes the indoor pool)
The resort was a disappointment as I didn’t rate the bars at all unless you were a teenager. I only ventured along the beach one night so I don’t know how busy that gets during the day. It looked nice and clean though but the beach bars were very expensive.
All in all, I would recommend the hotel but not the resort unless you were under 25.
