Really clean appartments. The pool was lovely. Really near to the nightlife/beach etc. I would definatly go again!

3 of us all chaps 34-37 went a couple of month ago and to be honest with you it may be the best lads holiday so far....we didnt expect so many friendly people to talk to(with it havin 18-30s staying also!!!)but every one and i mean every one old and young were spot on,,jable really very good from reasonable price snacks and drinks at the pool,the maids tried their best with 3 of us and always had a smile!!!!never had to fight or get up at silly o'clock for a sunbed!!!!!and you couldnt get any closer to del carmen centre if you tried...two of us certainly going back and definately to jable bermudas????trust me you will enjoy.

Stayed for a week from 7th-14th of july. apartments are well equipped with everything and are very clean.
we didn't get a sun bed by the pool all week,even though we always went to the pool at 9am, all the sun beds were always covered with a towel.
apartment was across the road from reception,road quite busy.
there were roadworks right outside our apartment door from mon to the friday from 7.30am until 4pm,so couldnt get much sleep.
apart from that these apartments are well worth a visit

These apartments are Fab!!! Great location, only a few minutes from the beach and all the bars and shops. Very spacious and extremley clean. The maids do a great job, you can eat your dinner off the floors. The staff are friendly and cant do enough to accomodate you. The hill at the side of the apartments is called 'Cardiac Hill' this hill is not for the faint hearted. Very steep and not suitable for elderley or disabled. Recommend you turn right out of apartments, pass the Spar on the corner and use that street to access the front, its a lot easier. Pool area again is spotless and maintained to a high standard. Plenty of sunbeds and umberellas to accomodate. The resort is fantastic, lots to do for all ages and plenty of bars for children. Most of the bars are buy on get one free and childrens drinks are nearly always free!!! I would highly recommend these apartments if you are thinking of taking a holiday to Peurto. Dont pay for transfers from the airport, get a taxi, only 10 mins away and will cost no more that 15 Euros.

Great location, near to the centre of town. Only a five minute walk to the beach and to many bars and restaurants (especially Lani's Cantina and Dolce Vita - yum!) Apart from the fact that Reception could not find our booking when we arrived (this was in part an error on the part of the tour operator); and the noise from the traffic that passes along the road directly in front of the apartments, we have no real complaints about our stay here.
The apartments were clean and spacious. The only downside about the room was the rather elderly spare bed that didn't aid a restful sleep. The bar area was clean but it was only open until 5pm. As there was only one chap preparing drinks and food, the service was sometimes quite slow. The pool was a good size but was bloomin freezing. As always, get there early for a sunbed!
We enjoyed our stay enough that we are thinking about going again next year!

Very clean apartments. Nice pool. Very close to all bars, restaurants and clubs. Lots to do in Lanzarote. We only went for a week but you would need 2!
A bus for 2euros takes you anywhere in de Carmen and taxis are cheap too.
Bars and clubs to suit all ages, pleasant locals, although not a lot speak much English but majority of bars, restaurants etc have English workers.
We will definitely be back.

There were 6 of us that came here last year to celebrate the end of exams,
3 16yr olds, and 3 20 yr olds, was the best time we had!
Staff are very friendly, and the security man is very nice if you don’t be too loud, very close to the bars - make mates with the bartenders and you get free drinks, cardiac hill isn’t to bad, just walk the longer way, wicked time coming back this year hopefully.

Myself and my fiancé stayed for a week in September 2006 and we loved every minute of it!! The resort is within easy walking distance of the beach front. The apartment was clean, large and basic and contained everything we needed, for self-catering facilities, toaster, kettle, and fridge. The apartment that we stayed in was across the road from the main resort and there is a Spar store just down the road. The pool area had a nice snack bar and the area was large, nice and clean there is a lovely Spanish bar near the reception area which became our local during our stay! We have fond memories of the singer who sang every night (ex Sunday's), André’s, fantastic singer! Everyone was friendly too. We visited many restaurants, two of which we cannot fault, Piccadilly’s Indian (located on the far right of the beach front - keep walking and you will see the sign) and Lani's Italian, food was delicious, located left along the beach front from JBA. There are plenty of clubs, pubs and bars to suit every one and lovely gift shops too in the main town. One thing we did not like was the FRESH MILK!! For those who love tea and coffee etc, make sure you buy AUSTRIANA milk, available in Spars situated near the SUGAR!! It's only UHT, but believe me, better than the fresh milk!! Would most certainly be returning next year!!

Excellant location. Apartments were very clean, maid service was brilliant. Beds were really comfortable, except for the sofa bed in the front room. We were in the apartments across the road from reception. The only real downside was the traffic noise, they are set on a fairly busy road. But would not hesitate to stay there again.
