The property consists of 35 apartments over 5 floors. The town is spread across a 4 mile area, with plenty of bars and restaurants, pavement cafes and discos. Many excursions leave from the town including trips to explore Venice, which can be reached by a pleasant ferry ride. The Aqualandia waterpark is nearby and offers waterslides, mini golf and volleyball.
