Sheila Hotel

I visited this hotel with my grandmother, partner and 7 year old son and we all enjoyed our holiday very much.
The hotel was located on a side street of the main street and is in a very good location being only a 2 minute walk to the beach and the same to the closest restaurants and bars and tabbachis which are the only places that you can buy cigarettes.
The hotel itself is very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful whatever our problem was, the only things I would fault the hotel on is the air conditioning which we would have to close all doors and windows and even our bathroom door for it to work and even then it went off now and again and it cost 8 euros per day.
Another thing is that there was no lighting in the kitchen area although there was light from the living area it was still quite dim but apart from that the rooms and hotel were very modern by this resorts standards the bar area in particular was lovely where you can find very nice cocktails for 5 euros each.
The rep was often late but there did seem to be a good selection of trips on offer, we went on the 3 island trip, Venice and wine tasting where you can purchase wines you’ve tasted and enjoy a delicious 3 course meal at a vine yard for a very reasonable price.
Venice is a beautiful place and the little narrow streets are like something from a past era. The guide may offer to take you for a set price meal if you do the day and night trip, we took this option and although the food was not that good its very cheap compared to other places where the service charge at some places we looked at were 40 percent!
The beach in jesalo is very clean with free umbrellas and sun beds/deckchairs for everyone in our party which was a big saving as we have paid a lot on other holidays, they give you a beach pass when you check in which we took with us to the beach but there never seemed to be anybody asking to see it.
We had a lovely 2 week holiday here and would definitely return.
