We understood all inclusive to mean from 10am - midnight, however when we arrived at 11.45pm we were told that we were too late for drinks or snacks. There were 13 of us in our party which included 5 children aged 2 - 9 that were hungry. We were eventually allowed a drink, but my husband and brother ended up with a half an hour walk there and back to the nearest fast food takeaway in order for our children to have something to eat.
The hotel itself could not be faulted, it was clean, the staff were friendly and the food was both hot and cold buffet style with plenty to choose from and always very tasty.
The only problem we had with the hotel was that it had no air conditioning which we was led to believe it had. As you can imagine in July the weather was extremely hot and the only way to cool down at the hotel was in the pool. We ended up purchasing an electric fan from a local shop to put in our bedroom as it was too hot to sleep in even with the patio doors open. My sister decided it was more comfortable to sleep on the balcony.
The kids club is supposed to be for 5-12 year olds, however it is more suitable for 2 - 5 years.
Hotel entertainment is very limited, and the bar and outside terrace is not very spacious, therefore the children have nothing to do after 8pm as their entertainment finishes at this time and the pool area is also closed at this time.
The hotel is approximately a 10 minute walk from the beach and shops and there are two very steep roads to walk back to the hotel, therefore if you have difficulty in walking or have breathing problems, you may find this difficult.
Please be aware that all inclusive service finishes at 12 midday on your last day, this was not explained to us and as we were not leaving until 7pm we were expected to pay for everything in the afternoon, despite not receiving all inclusive on our arrival which we had paid for.
All in all we had a wonderful holiday, but we all agreed that we would not return to this hotel due to the lack of air conditioning which is really needed is such a hot country.
