Very poor service not very clean nothing ready on arrival lift dangerous windows faulty in rooms . Outside woodwork in decay; staff not trained but were polite . No cable tv in rooms. No nighty entertainment as advertised, bar staff not always on duty.
NO afternoon tea and scones as advertised not value for money. I think hotel needs improvements inside and out location of hotel on a roundabout with a petrol station Tesco supermarket and a run down row of shops containing a pub betting shop and a pizza shop.
