Super spacious and very clean hotel and accommodation. staff all friendly and helpful. We had a family room; double and 2 singles so suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. Centrally situated and free car parking available, so ideal for exploring Dundee and surrounding area.... more

Good location but noisy

Like other eviews, this is a converted building near the heart of the city. The rooms are large and comfortable, with good hot showers etc. Midday check out is also good. Negatively, the main road at the front, 24 hour garage, and proximity of night clubs mean it is very noisy. The night we stayed someone smashed a fire break glass at 2.30am meaning we all had to get up and vacate while it was repaied and the alarms were re-set. All in all a bit like being a student again - but I guess £26 is as cheap as you'll find an ensuite double room for a night.
Big big big

Car park not the easiest to find, no signs up at all. Receptionist not the happiest, helpful enough, but a smile would have been nice. A massive place this...I have never seen such wide corridors, very unusual. Rooms are very big, and extremely high ceilings. All nice & fresh, basic, but it's only costing you £46 per night. TV just got 5 channels. Could have done with an extra towel in the bathroom. Very central - would recommend and stay again.
