Near to the train station. Parking available. No access to rooms until 2pm. There is a cafe/bar at the hotel which is reasonable.
The reception got a porter to take our luggage to the room which was a nice touch.
Our room was large and airy with plenty space between the beds. Tea and coffee making facilities, television, table and armchairs as well as the desk and chair. The bathroom had a bath with an overhead shower in it and nice toiletries and fluffy towels.
Bonus was when we opened the wardrobe, not only was there a safe in it but two large fluffy white bathrobes for guests use.
We were a £120 for the one night but that was for the two of us. Although that did not include breakfast so a bit on the expensive side.
