Just returned and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This was our 4th time to Gran Canaria and this was the best self catering accomodation we have stayed in. Clean rooms and pool area, polite staff and good location. Manager is excellent and very helpful. A great choice if you want a great holiday at a good price.

We stayed at the Rebecca Park Apartments in March 2008 in an apartment with 1 bedroom. These bungalows are on Calle Noruega, which is the street directly leading to CC Gran Chaparral shopping centre on Avenida de Gran Canaria. These bungalows are of normal standard, clean (apart from a few ants in the kitchen) with very friendly staff which make you feel very welcome. There are 50 apartments there and four studios. First impressions were very good and the staff were very friendly throughout our whole visit. Bungalows were basic as expected but did have microwave which other similar ones don't have. They were very clean and linen & towels were changed regularly. Ate the food sevred in the pool bar once and it was fine. There was no entertainment at the bungalows and it was perfect for a quiet relaxing stay. Very handy for walking to the Gran Chapperl, Jumbo, Kasbah etc. Try La Paderna in Cita CC for italian which we found was excellent... more

Returned from Rebecca Park Bungalows yesterday. The complimentary bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch. When we first arrived in our room I was a bit unsure about the accommodation, as there were cigarette burns in the sheets and bedspreads, and the towels weren't exactly whiter than white, and they had holes in them too. Also, our third bed had not been made up, and the lady at reception was very apologetic, and said she would sort that out herself, which she did, but only by bringing some bed linen. Very efficient maid service sheets changed frequently as were the towels.Basic accomodation but only to be expected at the price we paid ,bit short on the crockery and cutlery front but could be easily rectified.Beware the walls are paper thin ,we had a young couple next to us and we could here everything despite tele being on.On site food good quality and price sometimes cheaper than in the nearest town.Bit busy for us in the Yumbo centre but good places to eat ,they tend to sting you a bit on the drinks.Loved private patio area pool was... more

Having just returned and reading previous reviews i just had to leave my view !!!. First things first, the lady on reception was very nice and polite, next was the room, oh my god !!!, after i found my wife a tissue to dry her eyes it all became apparent of what we had walked into. We have already had a holiday this year in morocco and booked this one as a cheap extra holiday for us and our 5 kids. we found ourselves in the middle of a heat wave and the temperature did not get below 35 even at night!! the pool was busy but very refreshing the bungalows are clean and have all you need. the Yumbo centre is a 5 min wallk away and we went there most evenings the drag show at Cafe La belle is brilliant! the kids made us go twice!! it is a family show and it is free as long as you are buying drinks. there are plenty of... more

After reading others opinions on this property we decided to give it go and was glad with our decision to stay here. The apartments are a 2 minute walk from a street of stores and shops catering for all self catering needs. The Yumbo centre is within a 5 minute walk with a choice of places to eat (from KFC to a fine restaurant) and an array of shops and stores. The beach was a 20 stroll away. I have to say this is an exellent place to stay in gran canaria, its close to the beach, shops and nightclubs, the litlle bungalos are really nice and very clean, staff are really nice and friendly, the breakfast its really nice, and you can order room service anytime( the deep fried mushrooms are to die for), about gran canary its a lovely place, really hot there, the locals are really friendly as well, lovely beaches, very good nightlife, def, going back there other time.... service was really great well done ..... more

Stayed at the Rebecca Park 5-12th March 2007, lovely little complex, nice bungalows, very very clean if a little worn. Kitchens have a mircrowave & toast, two ring hob but is very limited on other equipment. Each bungalow has its own patio/garden area with sunbeds. Pool area is good with ample sun beds and no need for the dreaded "towel run" in the mornings. Good little pool bar with excellent valve for money snacks. Staff very friendly and helpful.
