Just back from a 5 day break with my mother and daughter. So thankfull for the fantastic weather because we chose some pretty basic accomodation. Although we booked for 3 everything was catered for just 2. Also was not happy to find that if you wanted a kettle, toaster, tv, hairdryer and many more basic items most apartments supply free of charge you had to pay for plus leave a pretty hefty deposit. After 3 days the water went off and we had to get our bin buckets and collect water to flush the toilets from the swimming pool. Needless to say the swimming pool became cloudy and dirty. The following day the water was back but was only cold for the next 24 hours which the staff just laughed off as 'no problem'! The bar shut early, the pool bar is non existant and the sunbeds have no parasols. The whole complex is tired, dirty and brings a new meaning to basic. I travel twice a year and this is the very first time I have left a bad comment.On the plus side the resort is great but Id chose another apartment.

We visited the Rebecca Park in July 2009, the bungalows were imaculately clean if a little basic. The staff were the friendliest most helpful I've ever come accross, especially Lola ( Loraine a fellow scouser) the location was excellent, not too far to the beach, and in close proximatity to a variety of nite life, favorite for us was left out the main door and straight up to Kim and Family at the windmill. Although the Rebecca Park is a little dated and in need of some tlc its a great place to stay, and i'm busy searching for flights to go back for half term next month, look out Lola were come back to see you x

Have just booked to stay again at Rebecca Park. This will be our third christmas/New year stay there.
The staff are great and the rooms clean, well equiped and comfortable. Also really quiet place to stay, no noisy crowds of youngsters and convenient for night life and eating.
I lived in Playa for many years, wish i'd known about it when i lived there as was always looking for places for friends/family to stay. I always recommend it now to friends and family.
Lovely mix of other guests too, at christmas there seem to be a nice bunch of regulars. (billy and Joan)

My family and I have been going to Rebeca Park for many years now and we enjoy going more every year. Although in need of some tlc the staff more than make up for it.the staff are the very best people you will find any where. Nothing is to much trouble for any of them plus the ladies looking after the rooms are also brill. We spent a week over Christmas and New Near and are looking forward to going back for two weeks over Easter

My partner and myself were stuck were to go for xmas, someone recommended the rebecca park in 2007 so we went and had a great time, we returned in 2008 and have booked again for 2009. The staff are great and not to mention the manager he is terrific. The bungalows are in an ideal place near to almost everything, definately recommended to anyone, also very clean and basic. Just what we were after.

the weather was hot and the resort staff are friendly they are always there to help and the supermarket are easy to walk to the only thing that dissaponited us was there was no kids entertainment and all the shows started to late otherwise it was a good holiday and we will be going back soon thank you all for being helpful. if you enjoy a drink and have kids with you visit the sports castle as they have a deal where you can buy an alcohol drink and get the kids free the britaina is good for your english sunday dinners and other food too. cant wait to go back .

rebecca parks staff are great.the apartment is fine, the beach is superb and the mountain scenery is sublime.
2nd visit to the hotel and the weather was hot the pool was busy plus it was a spanish bank holiday so the hotel was full of locals from las palmas and yet we still had a superb time.
i recomend hiring a car or taking a trip into the mountains,the villagers are inviting and friendly but the views are amazing.

neat tidy basic apartments in great location,the complex has all you need nothing more except the staff,they are fantastic.we went last year in april and loved the place so we went back again this august (after a really poor holiday in crete) and the manager and staff greeted us as if we were old friends,lorraine (aka lorra) could keep my partner chatting in the bar all night. the weather was hot even in the evenings and the pool was nearly always busy but we had the luxury of a hire car and the beachs were fantastic, so much room we took a kite with us and flew it in the dunes no problem. the manager runs the complex very well and has no problem evicting any over rowdy guest's which for a family with a 9 year old girl is very comfating.i would recommend rebecca park not only because of the staff but value for money its the best place ive been to.

Arrived back from the Rebecca Park this week. The rooms are spotless the towels and sheets are changed 5 times a week. The food at the apartments were great if cooked by Tito very large potions good value for money. Lola at the bar was lovely and the manager Pepe was kind and helpful. The apartments are in a great location right near the Yumbo and Kasbah centres and Gran Chaparel for more restaurants. The only downside is that the pool could have been cleaned more often it wasnt a major issue for us as we went to Maspolomas beach quite often, also on weekends Spanish teenagers come to the apartments to stay and can take over the pool area but again I would recomend going to the beach on a weekend!

Just returned and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This was our 4th time to Gran Canaria and this was the best self catering accomodation we have stayed in. Clean rooms and pool area, polite staff and good location. Manager is excellent and very helpful. A great choice if you want a great holiday at a good price.
