West County Hotel

We booked family room, 2adults 3kids, cost of 172euro per night, we where given a double room with 3 extra beds, bathroom meet standard which you would find in a camp site. We had dinner in restaurant - every meal was straight from microwave. there was 21st party in function room where one of the guest set off fire alarm 3 times !!! 1st tims 2.30am - no one came down to rooms to say it as faults alarm, no one on reception desk, alarm rang for good 30mins, they same guest then set light to tissue paper and alarm went off again 3.30am ... dispite all guests complaining they still served this man at bar and seems lot more concerned with bar profits than hotel guest, by way of apologe we where offered an extra hour before check out ... We spoke with manger following morning and where assured we would be contacted following day and money refuned, off course this has not happened !
