Angel Hotel

We held our wedding reception here. The staff were generally helpful throughout. The gentlemen that took our initial booking and information was great about helping us choose everything and gave us great references to a local florist, bakery, ideas for food and so on. The cost was very reasonable for the reception.
We booked the largest room for the night, which was lush. It was so much nicer than I imagined. Although we didn't pay that much and it was a small wedding, the staff were courteous and polite the entire day. We had the use of two large rooms, our own bar and the garden area.
The only drawback was one member of staff was a bit huffy and rude with me when I called in a few weeks before to make some final arrangements. I had made an appointment to see her but she made it clear I was bothering her with such trivial details like my name being misspelt on everything.
Also, they did not bring the cake out to be cut until around 9.45 and all our guests were quite drunk by then.
But all in all it was very nice and I have since recommended it to people.
