went to these apartments on the 17th june,we loved it,, studio,s quite small but compact very clean, and staff cant do enough for u,,we were on the 5th floor and asked to be moved lower,, which with out hesitation the did,on saying this we got to look at the top floor where apartments are larger and have a big balcony with sunbeds ,, big enough for a barbie,, although this proberly wouldnt be allowed,, beach 5 mins walk,, and bout 20 mins to port alcudia,, and the night life, amazing,not that cheap to eat out but u have plenty of kitchen equipment to use if u wish to eat in, maid service great, and they are very thorough when cleaning beds changed regulaly and towels every day if u wished,, all in great place to stay close to all amenities.

The hotel is small but very welcoming. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very well equiped even though fairly small. The hotel pool is a massive disappointment as it very small and faces a main road. This is not a problem for beach lovers as the sandy beach is a mere 5 minute walk from the apartments.
In terms of nightlife the hotel is situated a 10 minute walk from bars/restaurants in centre of Alcudia and about a 20 min walk from the port.

The Apartment were so nice and the staff were very welcoming, so nice we returned for the 2nd time. The apartments are very basic but nice, you get clean towels everyday, the room gets cleaned everyday apart from sunday. The pool is very small but clean. The hotel staff are very nice and made us feel welcome.

You are basically getting what you pay for with these apartments. On the first night when my partner and I arrived we were told that they would be rooming us somewhere else as there was a problem with our room. We were sent to stay in an apartment in another part of Alcudia. Whilst this was very inconvenient for us as we had just arrived, the staff were very helpful and our taxi to the other apartment was paid for.
As for the room itself, it was clean but very very basic. We did not have a bed and had to sleep on uncomfortable couches and we were not made aware that this would be the case before we arrived.
The pool is virtually unusable, it is very small and is situated at the front of the building. There is a busy street and a cafe which you are not sheltered from right next to it.
The resort itself was very good, it is better for those who are not expecting much nightlife, but there are a good few bars, restaurants and shops. The beach is beautiful.
I would definitely return to Alcudia but I would stay somewhere else.

Stayed at these apartments as a couple in late 20's end of July 2011.
On arriving at these apartments I was very disappointed to see the pool is on the main road through Alcudia and very small, walked into the recpetion which was dated and had an awful smell. The musty smell was clearly trying to be covered up by some cheap air freshner that was too strong. The rooms smelt the same and on the first night, we seriously considered going to another apartments and paying on the credit card.
I have travelled around Europe and stayed in many 2 and 3 star apartments, but never been so disappointed in the size of a room, the pool or the general upkeep of apartments. The good thing was the loctaion compared to the beach, less than 5 minute walk away and absolutely beatiful.
Would never go back to this accomodation or recommend it.
