Just got back from this hotel went with my mum and sister it was great we all loved it. The hotel all around was very clean, the maid came in every day with fresh towels, bedding ect. Staff very friendly, lovely pool and always kept clean. The food was gorgeous, breakfast dinner and tea, lots of choice at tea time and always different evey day. Very good for children the reps were great with the kids activities through out the day for both adults and children, then the mini disco on the night, bingo you could win uo to 400 euro's each night for full house and 100 euros for a line!!! The entertainment was good on a evening too, dancers, magic shows, tribute nights, acrobatics. Very good beach very nice and clean only a ten minute walk. It is more of a family hotel but we didnt have kids and we were all over 18 and had a fantastic time and would defo go back!

Just come back from 11 nights at the lagotel all inclusive.great time.Have 3 boys 9yrs,6yrs and 20 months and all had a super time.Loads to do for them all day right through till the entertainment ends at around midnight.
3 clubs,one for 0-3 which is a creche (9 euros a time) and the girls are really nice and friendly and great with the kids.
Kids club for 6-8yrs and a wavelength club for older ones 9-11.
Particulary enjoyed the movie nghts for them (9-11) which gave us a couple of hours peace!!!
Very clean (clean towels every day)and generally the whole hotel is spotless.
Food good with wide choice and snacks available,burgers,hotdogs,chips from 10.00am till 6pm,not forgetting lunch which was in the dining hall.
All inclusive a must,some booked half board but you can upgrade when you get there.Spain very expensive so would really reccommend the all inclusive option.
My 6yr old went to the football acadamy 5 times and had a good time.Coaches Phil and Elliot were good guys and the kids enjoyed it.
Beaches are great although you are 10min taxi ride outside of main Alcudia area.
The only downer was the midges.as the hotel (and area in general) is by a lake you tend to get more 'bites' then usual but hey its a great place for families without a doubt.

I just got back from Lagotel and can honestly say that it was the best holiday of my life. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms that we stayed in were lovely and very clean--excelent cleaning staff. The food was nice there was always something for you to eat. And the thing that made my holiday was the fantasic reps and staff that worked there. Each and every single rep was amazing especially the entertainers who made my holiday compleatly brillent because of the great games they did during the day and the excellant performances they did at night, all very helpful and friendly--especially scott!!! Great for all age ranges--i am 14 and enjoyed the mini disco because of the excellent work that the entertainers did. Cannot praise this hotel enough, great hotel, great activities, GREAT staff and great holiday. Would definitely go back and cried when i left. Loved it!!!

we have just returned from lagotel and had the best time ever lots to do for the kids great shows for the adults an all round brilliant hotel. we had a two bdroom on half board the rooms were cleaned immaculately the staff were lovely and weve just rebooked for next year! cant wait! highly recommeded!

we have been to this hotel now twice and we loved it both times although on the 2nd time the pool floor etc where a little worn and hence children coming out with cut feet the last time we went our 4 year old took swimming lessons which where fantastic he learned really quickly the entertainment was very good and the entrtainment manager fabian was fantatstic the food was good with a good selction and sepearate area for children's food the only issue we had was some of the guests i would never go agin the last 2 weeks in june as we found it to be over run with gypsys they where noisy rude and we where woken many times by their fighting in rooms above us. there was an incdent by he pool between a women's toddler hittin a gypsy kid alot older than her 2 year old one minute there where one gypsy family next minute 5 or 6 families surrounded this women but good on her she stood her ground with them altough she stayed in her room for the last 6 days as they victimised her in groups when they started to go home what gypsys where left were quiet as they had no group to back them up i suppose i expect most of the staff where frightened of them as they left them to it other than that i would most definatly go back although maybe in july to avoid such chaos the mosquitos where also hell they are everywhere and a walk to the shops down the road was traumatic for the cildren had to keep slapping the mosquitos that landed on them my 4 year old has a thing about them now i bought a spray from the onsite shop to spray at night as we where mauled by the things whilst watching the entertainment and the balconies where worse with flying cockroaches and all sorts hitting us but a fantatstic place for families with football acadamies and plenty of pools the one across the road gets sun allday and is quieter for chidren overall we loved it

We have been to the lagotel 6 times and each time we have had a ball, our son who is 15 now can't wait to go back this year. There is something for everyone to do and if you can't find something you are probably just really hard to please.
The entertainment is great, Fabian and Concha work really hard to make sure everyone is catered for.
the apartments are spotless and the hotel staff are on the ball all the time, most of them have super English.
The pools and snack bars are clean and the staff there are polite and friendly.
i found the reps very helpful, we hired out a car and they did all the dealing for us
cant wait to go back this year......you cant please all the people all the time.

Spent a week's half board at the Lagotel - 2 adults and 2 kids - aged 8 and 5. We all loved it. Great pools, plenty to do, friendly staff, varied food and excellent entertainment. Looking to return next year. Beach is a ten minute walk away but if you time it right you can use the courtesy bus. The room was dated and basic and the fourth bed was a rather dodgy camp bed - but we spent very little time there as there was so much to do. Overall - very impressed!

We are regular visitors to Alcudia so we knew what to expect of the resort in general. But sure you're always like that going to a "new" location. the hotel is set back from the beach by approx 1 Km. It turned out to be a very good holiday for our family. The kids loved it and that always makes it better no matter what the adults feel. I read a lot of reviews complaining about the lack of a fridge or kettle but as we were self catering these appliances were both in our room. I was happy that everything worked in the room with no dodgy electrics/taps or furniture. The room was very functional and clean and cleaned 5 days in the week. Plenty of clean towels were left by the cleaner. I found the reps good and informative and didnt try to force anything on you but gave you whatever info you needed. The kids clubs were great and professionally run. There was a soccer academy which cost €22/day or €69/4days. It was based on 2hrs coaching each day. My son loved it, it was really well run with 4 coaches who worked well together and with the kids. The pools were very clean, there were 2 sets of 3, one set of pools being across a small road with latched gates and zebra crossing between both so I felt it was safe to cross over with the kids. There was a snack bar at both pools I found it really relaxing at the pools across the road. The gardens were well manicured. Our balcony view was one across rolling fields which was nice, I know others had a view of the power station. The evening entertainment was exactly what we have come to expect as the norm with kids disco and either the reps doing grease or an outside act singing, juggling, hypnotist etc, which is great. Some people want westend quality acts. Overall I thought the hotel was correctly rated as a 3 star it was clean and functional and great for families, I look forward to going back in the future.

just returned from lagotel yesterday and today have booked to go back next year ,first time at this hotel and by far the best we have been to abroad yet,hotel itself spotlessly clean and a very unusual interior between the floors abit of botanical gardens with plants flowing down between floors.The food was really good great choice at breakfast everything you can think of,and night time was exceptional ,the carvery was our choice every night different roast beef,lamb,pork,etc and cooked to perfection .My husband is really fussy and has extreme difficulty in finding anything to eat abroad but this was different and he enjoyed his meals in this hotel.Pools perfect two to choose from and warm .rooms big enough and cleaned everyday and I MEAN CLEANED.the adult entertainment was really good and what a choice although didnt start till 10pm before this was kids disco and bingo 400euros prize for a house,100 a line.professional shows everynight,we watched a take that tribute and a rod stewart tribute act,circus acts .magicians,comedy showband and more ,different thing every night was fantastic. went on holiday with only one of our children the youngest, as the rest have fled the nest,she is 10 yrs old and joined wavelength club the first day and had a ball this club is for 9-15yrs old and as its for older kids they dont call it kids club its WAVELENGTH,at least two sessions but mainly three and somedays four of around two hours each time ,great for the adults real chill out time,they had a day out at the maze,also movie nights ,choco,late party,crazy cocktailsetc hannah had agreat time she says its the best time shes had ever abroad so well done reps toby.kayla,jamie ,boo and the rest of you guys .The only downside was the price of drinks was a bit expensive,but you had waiter service all night if you wanted too so didnt need to go standing at the bar at all .all in all fab hotel fab staff and fantastic first choice reps if youre going out there soon I,m jealous.
