Quality Hotel Warwick

Stayed for one night. Room - very cramped - couldn't get drawers open as they were so close to the bed - no curtains only venetian blind - beds are HARD - noisy - we asked for a quiet room!! on ground floor next to restaurant Receptionist not very friendly - a smile would have been nice Breakfast - was OK good value for money usual selection but only one member of staff so tables weren't cleared quickly. You get what you pay for.

This hotel is absolutely diabolical and I can only describe it as one of the very worst I have stayed at. How they got 3 stars is beyond belief - they must come free with lucky bags nowadays. The rooms accommodated 2 single beds with no extra room to move. Beds were like sleeping on a concrete floor. Breakfast was cold. Do not stay there - you have been warned. Fortunately, we never arrived until 2am due to the M6 being closed and left after breakfast at 8am - thank god !!!

We stayed at this hotel for night when attending a wedding reception there. I can honestly say it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Our bathroom was mouldy and had a leak in the ceiling, which soaked the floor and dripped on you whenever you were using the loo! we stayed at this hotel for a two nights whilst attending a wedding. first impressions when we walked in were good - nice spacious reception area and got checked in right away.our room (225) was lovely no complaints ther - roomy air conditioning and clean.our daughters room and inlaws rooms were really rather poor and in need of up date - no where near as much space.some other friends seemed to be in rooms even another standard below these. they complained of no hot water in shower and were told to run it for 15-20 mins ! there was no food... more

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as I was attending a training course in Leamington Spa. The location is ideal as it is easy to reach from the motorway and only 5 minutes drive to the town centre. First impressions were good - the receptionist was very friendly and efficient, as were all the staff that I came across. When we arrived, despite booking months in advance over the phone there was no record of our booking... that was just the start. We got a key to a room on getting there I can hear noise inside so knock first, only to be greeted by a man already staying in the room. Although I was relieved to not have that room as it was right next to a dirty store cupboard. Room changed, we try again... this time it's empty! No gym, no 9 acres of land, no wireless access, no sky tv, smelt funny, evening meal was horrendous, breakfast service was not much better, beds hard & uncomfortable, no pillow, unclean bathroom..... Dont bother for a ramada it is terrible!!!!

I was booked in with 11 colleagues.Receptionist had no record of booking then porter said we were. No lift went to watch TV no reception phoned down to complain not interested said handyman was not around and to rub salt in wounds said someone else reported the problem the other day. I asked for another room none availible. went for shower and door was rubbing floor so bad could not open it very easily from inside, as no door handle just a coat hook. When I checked in to Room 234 I had to pop back and look at the door to see if had missed the name first time round - "The Basil Fawlty Suite". The door, coincidentally was just next to the fire escape door with a pane of cracked glass. This hotel bedroom has to be the most austere and badly decorated room I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. I stayed at the hotel for one night whilst in the area on business. I think this hotel used to be in the Quality Hotel chain, but must have recently been brought into Ramada. Hotel has had an obvious facelift and the reception area, restaurant/bar & bedroom all were furnished in contemporary style with good equipment. Here's my summary. Good Points: - Very helpful staff.
