Bar and lounge staff very poor command of English language. Do not understand drinks and do no bring all of food when ordered. You almost have to do their jobs for them.
Watch out for being overcharged on final bill. I was by £72 this was on accomodation charges and an item from the a la carte menu that I didnt order.
Lack of hangers and drawers in bedroom and no toilet brush in bathroom.
Some restaurant staff very scruffy, creased shirts and hair untidy, not a good impression.
