When I arrived at this hotel, I thought I had been dropped of in the centre of the town with ages to walk. I then realised our hotel was right in the middle of everything!
This was my first "all girls holiday!" and I expected a much better hotel than this one!
From the pictures on the net, the hotel looks nothing like it. We had to push three suitcases and myself in the lift, which was extremely small whilst my friends used the stairs as there was no room what so ever.
The walls were shabby and dirty looking and our room was tiny! Not to mention, our view was awful! All we could see was a white dirty roof to a tennis court that was years old. The balcony was also too small for the tree of us to sit on.
For a while we didn’t see or hear any English people. We were confused because everyone around the area seemed to be talking perfect English when know one did in our hotel. We went to our rooms early and tried to make more room. From doing this, we received loud bangs on the wall from next door. We didn’t use the pool at all, it was small and crammed with all the Germans that I am guessing particularly choose this hotel as this is the hotel they all like to stay in. (we spoke to some English people).
Our fridge and air con was broken, so we complained and only managed to get the air con fixed after 3 days.
The Germans were rude, everyone stared, and old German men pushed us in the lunch queue. The entertainment was all in German and the people at the bar couldn’t speak English. The alcohol was all local rubbish so we spent our money else where. When I read on the internet that there was a gym, I was happy about that, until I saw the 15 year old equipment that was broken and dangerous. The inside pool water was yellowy-green and out of use and the whirl pool had no water in it.
The only thing I can say about this hotel is the food was good. We were all inclusive and we ate as much as we liked but were sat out of the restaurant away from everyone else in the boiling heat because that’s where the restaurant staff put us.
I don’t recommend this hotel AT ALL!!!!!! Unless you’re GERMAN! I searched everywhere for a review on this hotel before we went and all I could find was German reviews, I wont be surprised if i am the only person whose put up and English one. The beach is beautiful and if your young, the bars are really good, Bells and cheers are your typical English clubs with a few other clubs and bars which are very enjoyable! One of the clubs has a swimming pool in and a massive dance floor, and another club has a glass lift for the entrance, that ones really classy if you can find it, go there! Perfect for a first teen holiday but just don’t stay at this hotel!
