Best Western Wellington Park Hotel

DIre Would rather sleep in a tent next time. Stayed overnight 4 April arrived and could not access our room until 10.30pm. The staff are not service orientated nor efficient. The hotel is advertised as 4star it would not rate 2! the decor is scruffy and poor. The lobby and bar area is dirty and dated. The carpets are frayed and stained. The room thankfully was clean though again disappointingly dated and basic for a four star. The window looked out into a wall which was disappointing. There is a lot better in Belfast for less money such a pity as it has a good location.
