Well,there was a genuine fiasco with this 2 day stay at the hotel. We had a big family booking and it started when rooms weren't allocated properly. Basically there were not enough staff to cover the demand.

It cost £168 for 2 adults and 2 children including free entry to the Towers and Treats event, free use of the Alton Towers rides which were open.
