the hotel is basic but clean
the food is ok
the pool for a 2 starr it spot on
the bar sfaff and owners will do all they can to help
location is spot on
my only gripe is the **** they call a a waiter his mame is tariq the mam is a compleat wast of time and if you have a daughter or for that any girl from 14 to 60 then beware as he is the biggest creep that i have ever met i watched him pest 2 scotish girls for 3 day till i could no longer take it and had to say something to him so please beware or ask if he is still there as the manager was going to sort it but who nows wat happens when you leave

I absolutely love the Ali Babam hotel and apartments, stayed July - Aug 2007 for my third time. Went amongst a group of five girls aged 18-25 and we loved every minute of our holiday.
The hotel is a small basic hotel, it is cheap, has a great location and the staff are outstanding. The hotel really is like a second home we are definitely going back next year for 3 weeks rather than our usual 2.
The hotel as lots of regulars every year and the owner and staff love to see you return. The owner is always around sitting by the pool checking everybody is okay and he's great to sit and chat with. Really can't recommend this hotel enough it really is a little diamond.
The pool is amazing by the way; one thing that really appeals to me about this hotel is that it is suitable for everybody. Staying here you can choose whether to relax and stay in at night and have a peaceful night away from all the hustle and bustle or hit the Bar Street which is a short distance away.

this hotel is a great place to stay the staff and family that own it cannot do enough for you and it really is a home from home.
i stayed in an apartment and the cooking facilaties are basic but you have everything you need and if you need anything extra the staff will make it there mission to get it for you.
rooms are clean and the cleaners call in everyday and put in clean towels and give a general clean around.
the hotel is basic but it is clean, homely and is a lovely place to stay.
the pool is brilliant which is a masssive bonus as i have stayed in 5 star in turkey and the pools have been a big disapointment ,and you can always get a sunbed:)
i really cant recommend this hotel enough and as long as you are not expecting the ritz you wont be disapointed.
ill be back in september 2010.
