Stayed in Royal Oxford Hotel for one night only.
The pictures of this hotel make it look as if it is in its own grounds. It is most definitely not, it stands on the corner of a five-way junction which makes it noisy all night long.
The rooms only have secondary double glazing so don't block out any noise.
Car parking is available at the hotel. Well, in a fashion.
For an extra £5 they let you park on the pavement outside a shop 500 yards down the road. Not exactly secure, and not cheap. You can park in the pay
