This small hotel should have a higher star rating, not only for its staff but also for its food! My wife and I stayed one night and had our evening meal there. It was fantastic, everything was perfect, staff, food and experience. You would struggle to improve quality & service you receive. It was a cold weekend when we stayed & the room was very warm & comfortable. The owners were extremely friendly & all the staff were helpful & efficient. We would definitely choose this hotel if staying in Harrogate again. Very cozy with beautiful period furnishings and a remarkable stained glass window in the stairwell. Thank you all very much.
