We booked this room for one night from Lastminute.com. We had a family room with bed & breakfast included for £70. I rang up the night before to say that we would be arriving late - around 11pm - this was not a problem, and they made a note of it on their system.
We booked it because we had won a day trip to Legoland, which is nearby (the next motorway exit). The hotel is also near to Heathrow airport.
When we arrived, at around 11pm we found the car park completely full. We had to park on a piece of grass in the car park at the back of the hotel. The charge for the car park overnight is £6.
Check-in was very quick and the room was of good quality for a hotel of this rating (3*). After a good nights sleep, we went downstairs to breakfast. As the hotel was full, this was very busy, but we were quickly seen to and seated, then we had the full English breakfast which was done in a buffet style. Coffee and tea were served quickly.
Check out in the morning was quick and painless. Overall, a very pleasant, quick stay.
