Thank you for your comments and apologies we failed to meet your expectations. The wifi we offer is run by a third party provider who have a technical support team on call 24 hours a day to assist guests if any problems arise. We have just this week received a new freephone telephone number for this line to avoid discrepancies on guests bills. We welcome all guest feedback so that we can continually improve and will address the comments made.

I am sorry you encountered some noise during your stay and I would like to reassure you we have strict rules in relation to noise and employ overnight security to ensure this is adhered too. We actively encourage guests to use the contact number for the guard in the instance of any disturbance so we can ensure everyone has a pleasant and relaxing time whilst staying with us. The apartments are situated close to the city centre next to commercial properties that close in the evening which might perhaps have given the impression that the area is derelict if arriving at night. Typically we get good feedback on our location as we are so central and close to shops, attractions, bars and restaurants.

We opened these apartments in August 2007 and prior to this operated from a different property, it is this building (which is no longer in operation) that many of the earlier reviews refer too. We have made many improvements in our new Eden Square property and we encourage guest feedback to ensure that we are continually developing and improving both our product and service.
